How will you bill me?

There are several steps to our billing process. It all starts with the email form you complete requesting service. We do not take any financial information through our web forms. We receive enough information from you to establish a foundation for our initial phone call and you receive our confirmation providing you with serialized information identifying us when we call.

During this phone call we will confirm your request and gather any additional information necessary for us to accomplish setting up your new website. We will also obtain the information we need to assure prompt billing and uninterrupted hosting service.

DO NOT FOR ANY REASON PROVIDE ANY FINANCIAL INFORMATION UNLESS OUR REPRESENTATIVE HAVE CLEARLY IDENTIFIED THEMSELVES AND PROVIDED YOU WITH THE EXACT SERIALIZED INFORMATION PROVIDED TO YOU IN OUR INTIAL CONFIRMATION EMAIL….. PERIOD --- NO EXCEPTIONS!

We will initially collect a setup fee, (first month of hosting service is free). Then every 30 days we will automatically bill you. Our automated billing process will always be proceeded with a reminder notice to our clients, five (5) days prior to processing.

We only accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover card. No checks accepted. We process the initial payment with the form of payment that will be used for all re-occurring payments in the future.
