Can I have multiple email addresses using the one domain. For example, I already use mark@mysite.org. Can we have julie@mysite.org, ruth@mysite.org, etc

Yes the three email address you want and need to have established are fine. With the minimum hosting package offered I include up to 25 email accounts with 10 megabytes of storage each.

When we establish your hosting account with www.LHMG.net we ask you how many email accounts you need. At this time we will decide on a naming structure applicable for you. For example, some ministry organizations have several people with the same first name. So creating email addresses where only the first name is used would be incompatible here. So, when we talk with you regarding your needs we will establish an effective naming criteria that will be easy for everyone to remember. This makes it easy when you are away from your computer but need to email others.

We will provide each email account user their specific account information; including email address, user name, initial password, instructions on how to set up their Desktop Email program and instructions on how to access their email when they are on the road.
