When you say it will cost me $XXX per month, does that imply you will manage the site as well? What is involved in that service?

The desire and purpose of my service (www.LHMG.net) is to establish a method so you a teacher of God’s heart, wisdom and rhema word can publish with ease to the Internet; without having to deal with the functionality of the software or hardware. In accomplishing this, I work from templates of graphical layouts and publishing code so that I can, 1) plug the publishing system into someone’s existing site look and layout, 2) into a custom layout and design, 3) into a template that has been pre-deigned by us.

If you have problems getting email or can not access the web site contact me. Based on the information you provide I will find the cause of what is creating the problem. If it is the server, it will be fixed. If it is how you are using the system (Outlook, Eudora or other Email Client) I will provide you with tools. Understanding that I can not fix your computer or how it is working. Normally though I have yet to experience a client that once was provided the tools was not able to fix the problem. Problems I am talking about here are those pertaining to access to email, content publishing and the newsletter service.

Sometimes a problem may exist between you and the server (Backbone); I will let you know if there is such a problem. Normally, in this case, there is nothing you or I can do until the outside party’s fixes their problem. If there is a problem with accessing the Internet your first step should always be to contact your ISP. They may be having an outage.

If you have a design change or upgrade to your site after we have implemented and finalized your site, I am happy to accommodate you. As long as it does not require major and site wide sweeping changes, there would not be a charge and would have to be accomplished as soon as any current jobs were finished. Any requests for site changes will be answered with a timeline when we will be able to get to it and have it accomplished or satisfied; understanding that your satisfaction is our #1 goal.

For now the fees are stated. Knowing that those using more space or services will probably require more time and for those I have increased the monthly fee. Until it becomes apparent that my strategy for pricing services/time/resources needs to be modified, everything will remain as it is. I am sure additional hosting packages will be introduced with variations of services and resources. You pay one fee a month… that is it, right now our options are, $59.99 or $69.99 a month. The purpose here is to raise the bar of what Ministers and Pastors have and use on the Internet. In the process relieve them of finding the time or someone to post or code their new content into their web site. We understand up front, more time will be involved on our part to ensure that your experience and those involved come up to speed quickly.
