Monitoring Website Availabity

Our server(s) are monitored 24/7/365. It can be hard to tell at first if you are unable to connect to your web site becuase a backbone is down between you and your server or if the server it's self is down. We take the guess work out and know the diference. Every five minutes we verify server access from eight (8) seperate locations around the world. We certainly can not fix the problems associated with a backbone, but can when connectivity problems are due to our server.

Hack Watch

By watching the content, each individual file, web software and activity for each web site, we can respond to potential problems. Suspending or shutting down sites in violation of our " Services and Hosting Agreement" and "Usage Policy.".

Limited Server Access

Limiting access to our Internet Servers helps maintain system integrety. Limited access, means only approved staff has access to the vital operations of our server, system files/operations and Content Production System software. You have complete access to Content Publishing System to create and publish your content.

Automated Sitewide Updates

You never have to worry about updating your Web Site or Server software. When new Web Software upgrades are available, have been tested and found to be stable we upgrade you automatically. If we need to suspend user activity we only do that when absolutely neccessary and only during the time of the day when our stats show the fewest amount of visitors are at your site. If we are forced into a time period that may be of any inconvience to you we will notify you at our earliest opportunity.
